App map

Every page in the WorshipMetrics menu, in the order the sidebar shows it, with its web address. The same menu appears in the web app and in Tech Manager (the desktop app); a few rows exist on only one of them. This article is generated from the app's own menu, so it always matches what you see.

Plan

The Plan group in the sidebar holds:

• Plan > Services — /app/plan/services (web app and Tech Manager). Browse every plan, grouped by Service and folder, and open or add one.
• Plan > Service Metrics — /app/plan/service-metrics (web app and Tech Manager). Record attendance for each plan and see how in-person and online attendance trend over time.
• Plan > Teams — /app/plan/teams (web app and Tech Manager). Set up the serving teams and positions for each Service.
• Plan > Songs — /app/plan/songs (web app and Tech Manager). Keep the church's song library: lyrics, chords, arrangements, keys and files.
• Plan > Media — /app/plan/media (web app and Tech Manager). Store the images, videos and documents used in services and on the screens.

People

The People group in the sidebar holds:

• People — /app/people (web app and Tech Manager). Keep the church's people list: add, import, edit and find people.
• People > My Schedule — /app/people/my-schedule (web app and Tech Manager). See where you are scheduled to serve, accept or decline, and mark the dates you are away.
• People > Team Chat — /app/people/team-chat (web app and Tech Manager). Message your teams in channels and direct messages.
• People > Prayer Requests — /app/people/prayer-requests (web app and Tech Manager). Read and follow up on the prayer requests viewers send from the watch page.

Present

The Present group in the sidebar holds:

• Present — /app/present (web app and Tech Manager). Build and run what shows on the screens during a service: songs, slides, media and stage displays.

Produce

The Produce group in the sidebar holds:

• Produce > Dashboard — /app/produce/dashboard (web app and Tech Manager). Watch and control the booth during a service: switcher, cameras, audio, streams and recording at a glance.
• Produce > Switcher — /app/produce/switcher (web app and Tech Manager). Control the vMix or OBS switcher: scenes, preview and program. An ATEM is run from Produce > Dashboard.
• Produce > Camera Control — /app/produce/cameras (web app and Tech Manager). Move the PTZ cameras, recall their presets and see each camera's picture.

Publish

The Publish group in the sidebar holds:

• Publish > Library — an area with its own rows. It opens Library at /app/publish/library. Manage everything the church publishes and everything waiting to be: trim, describe, publish and share it.

  • Publish > Library > Analytics — /app/publish/library/analytics (web app and Tech Manager). See how often published messages are played, beside live streams and in-person attendance.
• Publish > Live Streaming — an area with its own rows. It opens Live Streams at /app/publish/live. Schedule live streams and see what is live, coming up and finished.
  • Publish > Live Streaming > Live Streams — /app/publish/live (web app and Tech Manager). Schedule live streams and see what is live, coming up and finished.
  • Publish > Live Streaming > Encoders — /app/publish/live/encoders (web app and Tech Manager). Set up the encoders that send the church's video into a live stream, and their stream keys.
  • Publish > Live Streaming > Destinations — /app/publish/live/destinations (web app and Tech Manager). Connect where each live stream goes when you press Go Live: YouTube, Facebook, the watch page or a custom server.
  • Publish > Live Streaming > Stream Health — /app/publish/live/stream-health (web app and Tech Manager). Read the report from each live session: bitrate, dropped frames, encoder load and what to improve before next time.
• Publish > Watch Page — /app/publish/watch-page (web app and Tech Manager). Share the watch page link and embed, set how it looks, and moderate its chat.
• Publish > Reels — /app/publish/reels (web app and Tech Manager). Cut short clips from service recordings and publish them to social media.
• Publish > Signage — /app/publish/signage (web app and Tech Manager). Put announcements and media on the church's signage displays and schedule what each one shows.

Patch

The Patch group in the sidebar holds:

• Patch > Devices — /app/patch/devices (web app and Tech Manager). List the church's AV gear: cameras, switchers, audio, computers and network devices.
• Patch > Signal Map — /app/patch/signal-map (web app and Tech Manager). Draw how the AV system is cabled together, device to device.
• Patch > Patches — /app/patch/patches (web app and Tech Manager). Keep the cable schedule: every connection with its label, signal, source and destination.

Pulse

The Pulse group in the sidebar holds:

• Pulse > System Health — /app/pulse/system-health (web app and Tech Manager). See every booth computer's health at a glance and open one for the detail.
• Pulse > Alerts — /app/pulse/alerts (web app and Tech Manager). See outages, resource warnings and stream drops across the church's computers and AV devices.
• Pulse > Support — /app/pulse/support (web app and Tech Manager). Get help: ask Luminos, the AI support agent, open a ticket, or call the support phone line, and see the system's history.

Admin

The Admin group in the sidebar holds:

• Admin > Settings — /app/settings (web app and Tech Manager). Set up the church's account, organization, integrations and booth options.
• Admin > Platform — /app/platform (web app only). Open the WorshipMetrics team's tools that reach across every church.
• Admin > Debug — /app/dev/debug (Tech Manager only). Inspect this computer's network discovery and device observations.

Pages without their own menu row

• Brand Kit — /app/brand-kit, reached from Settings. Set the church's logos, colors and fonts used on slides, signage and the watch page.
• Your profile — /app/profile, reached from Settings. Change your own name, email and sign-in details.
• Matrix — /app/plan/services/matrix, reached from Services. Schedule people across many weeks of one Service at once, in a grid.
• One plan — /app/plan/:planId (tabs Order, Live, Teams, Details), opened from Plan > Services. Its editor is /app/plan/:planId/edit.
• One computer's health — /app/pulse/system-health?computer=:computerId, opened from a computer card on Pulse > System Health.

Old addresses

Pages were renamed before launch (2026-09-30). Every old address still works and forwards to the new one — for example /app/services opens Plan > Services, /app/broadcasts opens Publish > Live Streaming > Live Streams, /app/inventory opens Patch > Devices, /app/luminos and /app/support open Pulse > Support, /app/clips opens Publish > Reels, and /app/signage opens Publish > Signage. Old page names people may still use: Schedule (now Matrix), Displays (now Signage), Sources (now Encoders), Broadcasts (now Live Streams), Inventory (now Devices), Luminos (the page is Support; Luminos is the assistant inside it).
